ROLE: Sales Executive – Automotive / Used Car Sales
SALARY: £12.21 p/h + Uncapped Commission (Realistic OTE £48,000+)

Working hours
 * 42.5 hours per week
 * 5-day working week including weekends
Duties
 * Welcome and guide customers through the showroom experience
 * Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate vehicles
 * Conduct test drives and present value-added products
 * Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
 * Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets
The candidate
 * Previous face-to-face sales experience (automotive or similar retail/sales environment)
 * Highly driven and motivated with a passion for success
 * Excellent communication and negotiation skills
 * Strong focus on customer experience and attention to detail
 * Presentable, professional, and team-oriented
 * Full UK driving licence required
 * FCA accreditation desirable (training provided)
