We've doubled in size over the last two years and are now hiring a
Recruitment Coordinator
to support our senior recruiters while you learn the ropes. After a short training period (1–2 months), you'll start running your own searches and earning uncapped commission, with ongoing coaching from our CEO.
What you'll be doing
* Building a solid understanding of our specialist markets before engaging with candidates
* Sourcing and matching talent using LinkedIn, job ads and our CRM
* Writing personalised outreach that feels human — booking intro calls and following up without being pushy
* Keeping things client-ready: formatting CVs, helping with proposals and supporting our online content

* £26,000 base salary plus commission (same scheme for everyone, including directors)
* 30 days' holiday + bank holidays
* Hybrid working, flexible start/finish times, and up to two weeks working remotely/abroad each year

Where you can go
Once you've completed the training period, you'll move into a promoted role with access to our uncapped commission scheme. We're looking for people who will grow with our company and become its future leaders.
