Service Delivery Manager – Property Services Location: Hemel Hempstead (Hybrid) Salary: £57,000 Contract: 3–6 Month FTC (initially, with potential to extend) The Role This is a hands-on leadership role managing a busy repairs and maintenance service within a well-established housing provider. You will be responsible for ensuring the service delivers consistently, efficiently, and to a high standard across day-to-day repairs, voids, and planned works. This is not a passive oversight role. You will be expected to step in, take control, and drive performance.
