Main Purpose of the Role: To ensure that all Field View Processes are recorded and filed correctly. To ensure that all Information is distributed in accordance with the PMP and general project requirements and timeframes. * Act as McConnells contact for all Field View related issues. * Ensure that all information is recorded and retained on central electronic document management system (Field View) * Review and control of Field View management protocols * Assist and police the Site Team with capturing the information needed for Field View. * Clear communication of expectations for Field View management with the site team and subcontractors. * Ensure that all relevant person(s) is up to date with training and using Field View correctly. * Produce weekly report of information logged and circulate * Completion, maintenance, and monitoring of records * Ensure proper records maintained for Field View distribution * Weekly reporting to Line Manager * Any other reasonable management request Skills and abilities: * Process orientated * High level of organisation skills * Excellent communication skills * Strong administration skills * Knowledge of the construction process Experience: * Proven experience of working within Cloud-Based Field Construction Software * Ability to set up new accounts and users * Able to set up and manage standardised file and directory structures * Have Knowledge and experience of Document Management toolsets generally * Strong Microsoft Office experience, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook. * Experience of working in the construction industry Key Attributes, * Have the ability to work under pressure and to meet information deadlines * Be organised and able to manage their time effectively and independently * Be Confident and enthusiastic * Be Self motivated * Be Flexible & adaptable * Be a good verbal and written communicator * Be able to liaise directly with construction team members
