We are seeking a motivated Sales Administrator to join our close-knit team and support our growth.
Job Purpose
Handle sales inquiries both internally and externally via email and phone, address customer queries, respond professionally and promptly to incoming calls and emails, manage invoicing daily and weekly, resolve customer issues efficiently, and work closely with the Logistics Coordinator to meet customer needs.
Working Hours and Salary
Hours: 8am-5pm Monday-Friday, with Saturday shifts (1 in 78 Saturdays, 8am-12pm)
Salary: £32,000 + performance bonus
Responsibilities
* Engage with customers on sales inquiries via phone or email.
* Handle invoicing-related customer inquiries.
* Manage the division’s email inbox to address inquiries and queries.
* Achieve targeted KPIs.
* Assist in market research and commercial decision-making.
* Advise customers on requirements, including construction materials and site removals.
* Quote rates and vehicle availability confidently.
* Create customer sales on digital platforms with all relevant details.
* Generate proforma invoices for transfer payments.
* Process credit card payments from non-account customers.
* Liaise with external bodies regarding material reports.
* Communicate professionally with team members.
