Role Purpose
This is an exciting opportunity to join the EMEA talent acquisition team for a 12 month fixed term contract to cover maternity leave. This role will be integral to driving the recruitment process and ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process. The successful candidate will be an experienced recruiter who has worked in a fast-paced environment, leading on recruitment for their business areas and working closely with key stakeholders as a business partner. The role is looking for someone to bring their ideas and initiatives to help improve process and drive direct sourcing.

Tasks and Responsibilities
The role will be varied and provides an exciting opportunity for the successful candidate to make an impact implementing new initiatives, playing a critical role in attracting, sourcing and selecting top talent into Control Risks. The individual will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment. The role will consist of the following responsibilities:
* Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
* Source potential candidates through various channels, including social media, networking, and referrals.
* Conduct candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments
* Manage the full recruitment life cycle.
* Manage any external third-party relationships such as agencies.
* Stay up to date with market trends, industry best practices.
* Develop and implement employer branding initiatives.
* Provide guidance and support hiring managers on recruitment processes, interview techniques and candidate evaluation.
* Track recruitment metrics, create reports and provide analysis for Recruitment lead and hiring managers.
Requirements
This role would suit someone who is proactive, has a strong understanding of the recruitment market, direct sourcing, is data drive and has excellent communication skills. You will be committed to delivering a seamless recruitment experience to our business and provide an excellent experience for our candidates.
Requirements
* Proven experience as a recruiter with direct sourcing experience
* Working within professional services would be advantageous but not essential.
* Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, techniques and best practices
* Strong understanding of sourcing strategies and candidate attraction methods
* Demonstrated ability to manage end to end processes for multiple requisitions.
* Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to build relationships and stakeholder management.
* Attention to detail and strong organisational skills, prioritisation and working to deadlines.
* Proficient in using ATS and other recruitment tools. Previous experience of Workable would also be advantageous.
* Producing reports for stakeholder and analysing data
