Senior Recruitment Consultant – Exeter
£36,000 – £39,000 + Uncapped Commission
Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00
Are you an experienced recruiter looking for genuine independence, strong earning potential, and the opportunity to build and grow your own successful temp desk? We are seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our Exeter team in a full 360 role, driving new business and developing long-term client relationships.
The Role
This is a full 360 recruitment position, ideal for someone confident in both business development and candidate management. You will be responsible for:
1. Building and managing your own temp desk
2. Generating new business and opening new client accounts
3. Developing long-term relationships with clients and candidates
4. Managing the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to placement

What We’re Looking For
11. Proven temp or perm recruitment experience
12. Strong new business generation ability
13. Evidence of desk growth and/or strong billings
14. Professional, confident, and commercially driven approach
15. Motivated by high earnings and development
16. Industrial and/or Driving sector experience preferred, but not essential
