What you will do:
* Manage and coordinate the response to allegations against adults who work with children, ensuring investigations are conducted thoroughly, timely, and fairly
* Collaborate with police, children’s social care, employers, and other relevant professionals to maintain a cohesive approach
* Oversee investigations to ensure impartiality and avoid direct contact with the adult against whom the allegation has been made or the family of the child or children involved
* Provide guidance and information to ensure that families have a clear understanding of the outcomes and processes involved
* Prepare detailed reports and maintain accurate record-keeping
