Reporting into the Business Process Excellence Manager, you will be actively identifying, promoting and implementing continuous improvement initiatives. Leading Kaizen events, supporting digitalisation projects and coaching teams to embed problem solving capabi
lities.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving cost reduction initiatives and improving operational efficiency across all areas. You will lead innovation projects, including robotic process automation (RPA) and digital solutions using Microsoft tools. Additionally you will be building strong relationships across the sites as a key point of contact for improvement act
