Premium Suites Operations Manager
We're looking for a Premium Suites Operations Manager to play an integral role in our passionate hospitality team at the world-class Tottenham Hotspur Stadium. This is an opportunity to deliver first-class catering operations at the UK's most technically advanced stadium!
Responsibilities:
1. Facilitating day-to-day catering operations, ensuring guest expectations are exceeded.
2. Championing exceptional service and our guest-focused culture, actively sharing and acting on client and customer feedback.
3. Managing conference & events, including planning and delivery of Event Days across Premium Suites, covering labour planning, Suite's portal, health & safety, compliance, Profit & Loss reporting, and reconciliation processes.
4. Supporting team development and recruitment.
5. Driving innovation within our events product, including mapping customer journeys, analyzing market trends and competitors, and conducting client walkthroughs.
6. Creating SOPs for all event deliverables.
7. Prioritizing allergies and dietary requirements when liaising with the kitchen and briefing staff accordingly.
8. Maintaining key relationships and schedules with internal and external clients.
Requirements:
1. Experience in luxury hospitality, previous events experience in hotels or venues in C&E operations preferred.
2. Experience in stadium, hotel, or event catering environments is a bonus.
3. Ability to work flexible hours aligned with stadium activity.
4. Strong leadership and communication skills.
5. Passion for food and hospitality, with excellent organizational skills and a commercial mindset.
6. High standards with a hands-on management style.
7. Effective team player with a positive attitude, calm under pressure, and assertive.
8. Motivated by quality and service excellence to enhance guest experience.

Salary & Benefits:
