Office Based Role – Monday to Thursday 8.30 – 5.00pm (Friday 3.30pm finish)

This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in supporting the sales operations and delivering exceptional service to valued customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Be the first point of contact for incoming phone calls and manage the shared inbox.
* Handle customer queries efficiently and professionally, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
* Accurately input and manage customer orders, meeting key distribution deadlines.
* Support order processing, including orders from sister company and third-party suppliers.
* Oversee the powder coating goods-in and goods-out process.
* Maintain organised administrative records to support effective query resolution.
* Attend daily production meetings and support continuous process improvement.
* Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the sales order process.
* Adhere to Health & Safety policies and contribute to a safe working environment.
What We’re Looking For:
Essential:
* Previous experience in a sales administration or admin/customer service role.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
* Ability to prioritise tasks and follow set processes.
* Positive attitude and customer-first approach.
* Comfortable working under pressure in a busy environment.
* Proactive, organised, and dependable.
Desirable:
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Additional Information:
* Must live within a commutable distance of Birmingham.
* Clean UK driving licence required.
* Must have the right to work in the UK.
* Occasional UK travel may be required.
