CNC Programmer Location: Newbury, Berkshire Salary: £50,000 – £55,000 (dependent on experience) Employment Type: Permanent, full‑time The CNC Programmer RoleAn established, high‑precision manufacturing business is seeking an experienced Offline 5‑Axis CNC Programmer / Setter / Operator to support the production of complex, tight‑tolerance components in a quality‑driven environment. This is a hands‑on role, combining offline CNC programming with machine setup and operation. You’ll play a key part in process development, programme validation, fixturing, and continuous improvement, working closely with manufacturing and engineering teams.
