Service Advisor Required for Family Run Service Centre in Guildford:
1. Location: Guildford
2. Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday (with breaks) - Saturdays if required for holiday or sickness cover
3. Time Off: If working a Saturday, you will receive time off in lieu during the week - flexible morning or afternoon off
Our client a Family Run Automotive Service Centre are seeking a dedicated and experienced Service Advisor to join their family-run service centre in Guildford. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive service, preferably from an independent garage rather than a main dealer. Our client values individuals who are proactive, responsible, and ready to take on the challenges of a dynamic work environment.

5. Bonus: OTE ranges from £100 - £300 per month (average £150) based on monthly set targets for the branch

Key Responsibilities as an Automotive Service Advisor:
10. Serve as the main point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and advice
11. Schedule and manage service appointments
12. Coordinate with the workshop to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of services
13. Handle customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and expertise
14. Assist in maintaining the smooth operation of the service centre, including keyholder duties when the Manager is not present
The Ideal Candidate needed for the Service Advisor Role:
15. Strong knowledge and experience in automotive service
16. Excellent customer service and communication skills
17. Ability to take responsibility and work independently
18. Familiarity with independent service centres preferred
