German-Speaking Corporate Language Trainer - Legal sector Location: Luxembourg Salary: €45 per hour Overview We are seeking an experienced and dynamic German speaking Corporate Language Trainer to deliver engaging and impactful language training programs to law firms, businesses and corporate legal professionals from the legal sector based in Luxembourg. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support employees in enhancing their communication skills and achieving professional growth. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and deliver tailored language training (individual and group) for business and corporate needs Conduct needs assessments to evaluate employees’ language proficiency and training objectives. Create interactive lesson plans focused on business communication (meetings, presentations, negotiations, report writing, cross-cultural communication). Monitor learner progress, provide feedback, and adapt teaching methods to meet learner needs. Incorporate authentic workplace materials (emails, reports, presentations) into lessons. Organize workshops, seminars, or intensive programs for specific professional contexts. Keep up to date with best practices in corporate training and modern learning technologies. Prepare progress reports and maintain accurate training documentation. Candidate Profile & Qualifications Native-level fluency in German and at least C1 in English or French Must have legal knowledge through degree or experience Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Languages, Education, Linguistics, Communication, or a related field (law) - minimum 3-year degree Strong ICT skills with knowledge of multimedia teaching tools. Language teaching certification (e.g., TESOL, CELTA, DELTA, Goethe-Institut, Alliance Française) preferred. Proven, recent experience teaching adult learners in a corporate or professional environment with legal sector experience. In-depth understanding of business communication and legal corporate culture. Excellent facilitation, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Flexible teaching style, adaptable to diverse learner profiles and professional needs. Eligibility to live and work in the EU required. Ideally located within a 3-hour commute of Luxembourg.
