About the role
You will:
1. Lead, challenge, and inspire your team to achieve business growth by delivering exceptional care to customers and patients.
2. Manage the sales and performance of your store, keeping customer satisfaction at the forefront.
3. Act as a passionate ambassador for the Boots brand, contributing to our goal of becoming the world's leading pharmacy-led health and beauty retailer.
4. Own the shop floor, familiarizing yourself with your team, sales, and operations.
5. Identify and implement improvements to differentiate Boots from other retailers.
6. Engage with your team to understand their preferences and areas for change.
