About the Team
Join our friendly AI/Application Support Team and help improve the digital tools that support social care across Warwickshire. You’ll provide second‑line support, configure forms and workflows, manage access and data structures, and contribute to system improvements that make a real difference for frontline services.
We’re looking for someone who is analytical, collaborative, and keen to learn. Experience with Mosaic is helpful, but a positive attitude, problem‑solving skills, and a willingness to develop are just as important.
