About the Role:
We are currently recruiting for a Chef de Partie/Chef Tournant
Hours:
Typical working days are 0800 - 1700, to include weekends, with set days off
This role will include:
Reporting in to the Senior Sous Chef and Head Chef, your duties will include (but are not limited to):
* Preparing, cooking and serving, fresh, local produce to an extremely high standard
* Supporting fellow team members
* Contributing and adapting to day-to-day events as they unfold
* Adhering to set food safety systems
* Assisting with the management of health and safety
* Assisting with the management of food hygiene practices
About You:
Our client is looking for a professional individual who has an outstanding attention to detail. The ideal individual
will be a self-starter capable of working on routine tasks with minimum supervision, as well as having a consistent high level of performance, even when under pressure. Candidates must be organised and methodical with the ability to adapt and flex when required.
Requirements/Qualifications/Experience:
1. 2 year's minimum experience in a similar role within a quality hotel or restaurant
2. Food Hygiene certificate
3. DBS
4. NVQ Level 2 or higher
