Alison Gray Recruitment are recruiting for an Accounts Assistant to join our client in Belfast on a part time, temporary basis. Pay: £15 per hour, paid weekly Hours: Part Time, Tuesday & Wednesday 8am - 4:30pm, flexibility required Duties: Month ends reconciliations and reporting. Purchase ledger transaction posting, statement reconciliations and payments. Sales ledger invoicing and payments. Banking reconciliation and lodgements. Reception Greeting visitors, facilitating meetings and answering the phone. Administration Scanning, filing, general office duties. Processing orders for bitumen products. Scheduling delivery of bitumen products. Requirements: Experience working in accounts or despatch Office Ability to use own initiative but also work well within a team. Ability to work accurately under pressure to achieve deadlines. Computer literate, with excellent experience of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
