We are currently recruiting for a highly experienced Service Advisor to join our client's reputable main dealership in Roche.

Greeting customers professionally, ensuring high standards of customer care
Managing service bookings and scheduling vehicle repairs efficiently
Advising customers on repairs, servicing, and maintenance needs
Preparing and reviewing accurate service invoices
Upselling additional services where appropriate to enhance customer satisfaction
Maintaining detailed customer records and workshop logs
Liaising with the workshop team to ensure timely vehicle handoversRequirements:
Previous experience as a Service Advisor within the motor trade or automotive sector
Strong communication and customer service skills
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Full UK driving licence
Knowledge of automotive repair procedures and products (preferred)
