The Birmingham team is currently engaged in a variety of exciting projects, including new builds, extensions, and conversions for a well-known hotel chain. The role offers a client-facing position, ideal for those who excel in communication and have a knack for building and maintaining professional relationships. The successful candidate will be working on between 5-6 projects simultaneously, each at different stages of the project life cycle, with values ranging from £1-4 million. You will be delivering a full pre and post contract Quantity Surveying service to clients so strong communications skills are also essential.
