You’ll be the face of Ward Security on site, working closely with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders to deliver service excellence while ensuring compliance with industry standards.This is a hands on, varied role offering genuine opportunities to develop new skills, including locksmith works and advanced security technologies.Key ResponsibilitiesInstalling, configuring, and commissioning:CCTV systemsIntruder and Fire AlarmsAccess Control systemsAutomatic gates, barriers, and doorsCarrying out preventative maintenance visitsDiagnosing faults and responding to breakdowns efficientlyProviding on-site and remote technical supportCompleting electronic job reports, installation records, and documentationEnsuring all work meets British Standards and regulatory requirementsDelivering exceptional customer service at every touchpointIdentifying opportunities to enhance and grow client accountsWorking collaboratively with the Operations Manager and wider team Health, Safety & ComplianceYou’ll be expected to uphold the highest standards of health, safety, and environmental responsibility, following company policies and the Health & Safety at Work Act 1974.
