Service Manager - Learning Disabilities/Autism Supported Living Services\n\nRole: Team Manager\n Contract: Full-Time, Permanent\n Location: Hackney, London\n Hours: 38 hours per week\n Salary: £41,170 per annum\n\nWe're excited to be supporting a well-established care provider in East London who is looking for an experienced Team Manager to join their specialist service for adults with learning disabilities and autism, including those with complex needs and behaviours of concern.\n\nThis is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about driving high-quality, person-centred support and who thrives in leading and developing staff teams. You'll play a key role in empowering people to live more independently in their own self-contained flats and be active, valued members of their community.\n\nAbout the Role:\n\nLead and manage a supported living service aligned with the Transforming Care agenda.\nSupervise and develop a team of support workers and deputies.\nEmbed a culture of Positive Behaviour Support and active support.\nDeliver services that are flexible, innovative, and outcome-focused.\nBuild strong relationships with families, professionals, and stakeholders.\nEnsure compliance with CQC and internal quality standards.\nMaintain financial and performance targets.What We're Looking For:\n\n3+ years' experience supporting people with LD/ASD and complex needs.\n1+ year of team/service management experience in a similar setting.\nStrong leadership and coaching abilities.\nAbility to write and implement support/risk plans.\nSkilled in handling behaviour of concern with a PBS framework.\nConfident communicator with a collaborative approach to multidisciplinary working.\nExperience with staff development and rota planning.\nA relevant qualification in Positive Behaviour Support or willingness to obtain it.Benefits Include:\n\n25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays)\nPension scheme\nCareer development and training opportunities\nEmployee Assistance Programme\nCycle to work and tech schemes\nEye care vouchers\nRefer-a-friend scheme\nDiscounts via Blue Light Card\n …and more!Application Deadline: 30th May 2025\n Interviews: Scheduled for June\n\nIf you are passionate about delivering excellent care and leading high-performing teams, please send your CV and a short statement outlining how your background aligns with the requirements of this role.\n\n#STRJP
