Responsibilities
* Lead portfolio reliability initiatives and provide management support to branches.
* Offer expert technical support to the sales force and service leaders during complex EI and MOD projects.
* Support discussions with customers from a technical perspective and assist installations and service leaders on complex projects.
* Conduct on-site measurements and evaluate specifications for tenders and contracts.
* Coordinate with MDCs to ensure information flow and successful offers.
* Contribute to the Training Control System and analyze the effectiveness of technical training.
* Participate in 0-series field installations and evaluate processes and tools.
* Support Group reliability projects and help branches optimise top ten and sick unit processes.
* Address complex issues with Area Technicians and provide feedback to the Group.
* Intervene on-site for specialised technical issues as required.

Experience And Qualifications
* Extensive knowledge of Schindler and third-party products and services, particularly lifts and escalators.
* Expertise in EI/MOD environments and third-party equipment.
* Proficient in fault finding, diagnosis, and technical report writing.
* Certified in Schindler technical disciplines; Schindler Master Instructor preferred.
* NVQ4 qualification desirable.
* Familiarity with safety SIS systems and NGFE training for safety assessments.
* Ability to travel extensively and work away from home, often on short notice.
* Willingness to undertake international travel for training courses.
