Overview
Molton Brown is an icon of uniquely British style and a leading global brand in Kao’s cosmetics portfolio. We are looking for a dedicated individual, with a passion for luxury, to join us as Sales Consultant on our John Lewis, Leeds counter. This is a part-time opportunity, working 10 hours per week.
Responsibilities
* Provide excellent customer service and detailed product knowledge to customers.
* Use a personalized selling approach and manage the customer journey from start to finish.
* Deliver sensorial experiences through signature services such as fragrance consultations or hand and arm massages.
* Assist the team with store-related tasks, including stock management, cleaning and replenishment.

* Excellent communication skills with confidence and a positive, can-do attitude.
* A high level of personal grooming standards and a passion for luxury.
* Ability to work well in a team and drive both store and personal KPI’s.
* Flexibility in working arrangements to suit business requirements.
