Job Advert 14 hours per week, 52.14 weeks per year, Fixed Term until 9 August 2026 An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our successful, dynamic and supportive school team within Mid Calder Primary School nursery class. The school is a non-denominational primary with 8 classes and a nursery class (ELC). We are looking for an enthusiastic, hardworking and reliable individual to join our nursery team to support learning on a Tuesday and Wednesday. The nursery is open 50 week per year and staff work flexibility on a rota across the opening hours. We are keen to employ a diverse workforce that reflects the people of Scotland. This position requires registration with the SSSC. The successful candidate will have six months from the date of commencement of this post to become registered with the SSSC. This post is considered Regulated Work with Vulnerable Children and/or Protected Adults, under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007.
