* Conduct end-to-end testing for medium to high-complexity projects.

* Drive continuous improvement and automation within our Test and Validation processes.
What You'll Bring:
* Mandatory: Significant experience in an ITIL-based environment.
* Mandatory: In-depth knowledge of the Managed Customer Solutions landscape.
* Mandatory: Strong understanding of Test & Validation processes.
* Mandatory: The ability to obtain security clearance (from SC to DV).
* ISTQB Foundation and ITIL v3/4 Foundation qualifications are required.
