About the Role
This is a hands-on, commercially focused Case Manager position supporting the underwriting function. You’ll take ownership of cases from initial packaging through to submission, ensuring deals are fully prepared, compliant and ready for underwriting. It’s an ideal platform for someone who wants to progress into underwriting while gaining exposure to more complex lending types.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and progress a portfolio of bridging & commercial cases
* Package applications to a high standard, ensuring all documentation is accurate, complete and compliant
* Liaise with brokers, solicitors, valuers and internal stakeholders to keep cases moving efficiently
* Support the underwriters by preparing cases for decision
* Maintain clear, accurate case notes and manage timelines effectively
* Deliver exceptional service to brokers and clients, adding value at every stage
* Work with the underwriting team to learn processes, criteria and risk assessment, preparing for internal progression

Skills & Experience Required
* 6–12 months’ experience within lending case management OR 1 year+ commercial broker admin
* Background in bridging or commercial mortgage case management
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple live cases
* Confident communicator who can build rapport with brokers and stakeholders
* High attention to detail with excellent packaging skills
* Ambitious, career-driven and keen to move into underwriting
