Salary Scale 3 (point 5 and 6) £24,790.00
37 hours per week full time/full year
To work part of a shift pattern – Monday to Friday (one hour for lunch)
Early shift 6.00am – 2.30pm Late shift 9.30am – 6.00pm
The Governors seek to appoint an enthusiastic hardworking person to carry out duties to support the smooth running of the school. To work as part of a team of an Estates and Facilities Manager, one full time Grounds Person and one full time site team member. Duties will include general repairs and maintenance such as painting, decorating, carpentry, joinery, building, and other work necessary to maintain the fabric of the College buildings/site. The role involves porterage and lifting heavy items; applicants should be physically fit and healthy.
We are looking for someone with excellent interpersonal skills, resilience, the ability to work under pressure, a keen eye for detail, and a good attendance record.
