At Teaching Personnel, we are working closely with a Primary School in Fleetwood (FY7) who are recruiting for a behaviour support assistant to join their team on a full time basis, starting in September 2025.
The role is to work with children across KS1 and KS2 who need tailored interventions to help manage their behaviour. The successful TA will be supported continually by class teachers and the schools SENCO who will asisst in implementing interventions and tailoring support to suit individual children. This is a full time role that will start on 2nd September 2025 and will run for the full academic year. The opportunity to work onto a school based contract, may be possible for the right person.
To be considered for this role you will have experience supporting young people with SEN, ideally those with challenging behaviours. Prior experience working in an educational setting would be advantageous but isn't essential.
