As a Customer Support Representative, you will be a vital part of our Operations Team, responsible for managing and resolving customer queries through various communication channels. Your role will involve assisting customers with their accounts, scheduling appointments, and providing essential technical advice. You will ensure customer satisfaction by handling inquiries promptly and efficiently, all while promoting the ethos of first-time resolution and seamless service.
Hours of Work: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
Customer Support Representative Requirements
* A minimum of 2 years' experience in Customer Service
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and navigating social media platforms
