We are currently recruiting for a short-term opportunity on behalf of a housing consultancy, requiring 67 damp and mould surveys weekly to be completed in the SO41 area.
The Role:
Conduct damp and mould surveys in residential properties focusing on condensation issues.
Complete reports via a simple Excel spreadsheet (mainly tick-box format)
Provide supporting images in PDF format
67 surveys available
Potential of ongoing work
Requirements:
Previous damp and mould survey experience preferred
Ability to complete basic Excel reports
Own transport preferred
Sole traders and limited companies welcome
Guidance can be provided if required.
