About the Role
As a Bank Regional Care Assistant you will deliver warm, empathetic and respectful care and support across a 20‑mile radius. Your duties include:
* Monitoring the delivery of care while on duty
* Contributing to person‑centred care planning for each resident
* Recording observations such as temperature and blood pressure
* Providing support and companionship to ensure every resident enjoys meaningful one‑to‑one time
About You
A background in elderly care is essential. Desired qualifications include a Level 2 NVQ in Health and Social Care, a strong knowledge of the wider healthcare industry, and a C or above in GCSE English and Maths. Flexibility is important; you must have access to a car as you will be traveling across the area. You will also have the opportunity to earn a bonus if a particular inspection results in a Good rating.
Rewards Package
Pay: £15 per hour.

Person Specification
Essential:
* Background in care with a good understanding of elderly care
* Level 2 NVQ in Health and Social Care (preferred)
* Good understanding of the wider healthcare industry
* GCSE English and Maths: C or above
* Dedicated, compassionate and enthusiastic about supporting residents’ wellbeing
* Flexibility and reliable transport; mileage will be reimbursed over five miles from your main home
Disclosure and Barring Service check required. The position requires a Disclosure to be made to DBS under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975.
