Junior IT Support Technician - Preston - £25,000-£27,000

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide first-line technical support both remotely and on-site at client locations.
* Set up, configure, and maintain hardware such as desktops, laptops, and printers.
* Support Microsoft 365, Windows operating systems, and basic networking infrastructure.
* Troubleshoot user issues and escalate when necessary.
* Assist with setting up user accounts, software installations, and system maintenance.
* Work alongside senior engineers on small projects and technical rollouts.
