Duties and responsibilities • As an experienced recruitment consultant you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for temp health and social care roles. • Build strong relationships with clients and candidates. • Source, screen, and place high-quality candidates in care roles. • Provide expert guidance and support to both candidates and clients. • Achieve and exceed recruitment targets while delivering excellent service.
