We are looking for 2 individuals who are super hungry, love property and wants to work with a high performing team in developing, learning and making money fast
Our property management team is split in Client Services, Property Maintenance and Client Accounts.
To be considered for Client Services:
* You will be dealing with tenants, landlords and all day to day issues. You are the point of contact for every matter these people will be facing.
* Your background will be either in property management or admin roles.
* Key skills include ability to work under pressure, superb soft skills, ability to diffuse difficult situations and tremendous prioritisation skills and time management.
* If you like working with people and be office based then this role is for you. For this role no site visits are expected.
To be considered for Property Maintenance:
* You will be handling all contractor communications, conduct site inspections and understand the technical part of the property management business.
* This is a hands on role that require a love for buildings and talking to property specialists.
* You will be required to conduct a lot of site visits. Outside of that the work will be conducted from the office where you organise and plan the day ahead. You will be working closely with the other teams.
* Given the technicality of the role, we wil sponsor a qualification either in RICS or an ARLA in relation to property management.
