We’re looking for an experienced Support Team Leader to join a Supported Living service in Blackpool, supporting individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs. This is a great opportunity for a confident senior support worker or existing team leader ready to progress in a well-structured service.
Key Requirements
* Minimum Level 3 in Health & Social Care (Level 5 preferred)
* Previous Team Leader or senior support experience
* Strong background supporting learning disabilities and complex needs
* Full UK driving licence and access to a car
The Role
* Lead and support the day-to-day running of the service
* Supervise, mentor, and develop support staff
* Ensure high-quality, person-centred care and positive outcomes
* Support care planning, risk assessments, and compliance
* Promote independence, wellbeing, and community engagement
