Required background: Housebuilding We have an excellent opportunity for an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join a newly established commercial team on a major, high-profile multi-phase residential development in Milton Keynes. The scheme will deliver circa 4,500 new homes and represents one of the most significant housing developments in the region. You will initially be working on Phase 1, consisting of 190 traditional build units, with further phases programmed to commence from 2026 onwards. Currently at foundations stage, this role offers the chance to be involved from an early point in the project lifecycle, providing excellent exposure and long-term continuity of work.
