Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and creative individual to join our team as a Social Media and Content Executive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging content for our social media platforms and implementing strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement. This role requires strong writing skills, creativity, and a deep understanding of social media trends and best practices.
As the Social Media and Content Executive, you'll craft a tailored social content calendar for each of our brands, conceiving captivating, trend-driven content ideas, and collaborating closely with the marketing team to bring these visions to fruition. Your role will extend to nurturing channel growth through daily audience interaction.
Skills And Experience:
* Creativity
* Social Media Marketing: 1 year (required)
* Strong understanding of social media
* Experienced in working with social media reporting tools
* Extensive knowledge of current and future channels
* Excellent written, verbal and numeracy skills
* Organisational and time management
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Key Responsibilities:
* Curate, refresh, and uphold content across various platforms
* Take the lead in managing the social media calendar
* Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to craft creatives and content that resonate with the audience
* Implement and amplify the social media strategy in alignment with company objectives, aiming to heighten
* brand awareness, spark dialogue, and drive website traffic and conversions.
* Identify trends and glean insights.
This is a hybrid role with 3 days per week at out office in Altrincham and 2 days working at home.
