We’re looking for a French-speaking Administrative Assistant / Team Assistant who’s excited to dive into a fast-paced, global role. You’ll be supporting senior professionals with everything from cross-border meeting coordination to arranging international travel and polished expense management. No two days look the same and you’ll be right at the centre of the action.
If you’ve gained at least 6 months to 1 year of experience as an Administrative Assistant, Team Assistant, Coordinator, or in customer-facing environments such as professional services, high-end hospitality, events, or client services, this could be your perfect next step.
