Pay Rate: £12.52 (days); £13.77 (weekends)

Friends of the Elderly (FotE) is a not-for-profit charity dedicated to providing excellent care with a family feel. We have been supporting older people for over 120 years. The charity provides care home and day care services for older people, as well as grants for older people in financial difficulty.

Responsibilities
 * Keep the care home clean, maintaining high standards of hygiene.
 * General domestic duties: vacuuming, polishing tables and office surfaces, wiping armchairs and dining chairs, emptying bins.
 * Assist with the laundry service and meal and refreshment service.
 * Support residents with a team-focused, compassionate approach.
Qualifications
 * No prior experience required; training provided.
 * A good standard of English and number skills.
 * Comfortable using various digital forms for online training.
 * Knowledge of COSHH and Health & Safety beneficial but not essential.
