About The Role
We are looking for a capable, enthusiastic, problem solving, highly organised and skilled Premises Manager with good knowledge of Health and Safety and evidence of excellent communication skills and a can-do attitude to join our children's centre. The Premises Manager will lead the organisation of statutory, general maintenance and upkeep of the premises and grounds of Willow Children's centre to ensure we are providing a safe, secure, clean and warm environment for children, families, staff and visitors.
Working to the direction of the Senior Management Team, the Premises Manager will be responsible for carrying out the duties of the post with regard to the Local Authority and school’s equal opportunities policies and shared values. The Premises Manager will be on site during working hours unless his/her duties are required elsewhere. The post holder will work closely with external contractors so as to affect a coordinated and timely service at the Centre. The postholder will monitor the work of external contractors.

Willow Children’s Centreachieved 'Outstanding' in the Ofsted inspection. The effectiveness of leadership and management, quality of teaching, learning, assessment, personal development, behaviour, welfare and outcomes for children is all outstanding.
Willow Children's Centres is situated in the Bright Start North area in light and spacious purpose-built spaces. We have a spacious garden with mud kitchens and a calm space to explore natural materials.
Willow Children’s Centre has been awarded the Gold award for Healthy Early Years London and is in the register of good practice for ‘Providing Adventurous Learning Through Forest School Experiences’.
