If so, you could help VWT’s Martens on the Move Project continue its work to improve public awareness and appreciation of pine martens, support landowner readiness for the recovery of a native predator and improve conditions for pine martens. We are looking for two experienced Communications and Engagement Officers to build on the successful first half of the Martens on the Move project, which is funded with thanks to The National Lottery Heritage Fund. This role will help raise the profile of the native pine marten and further develop significant and positive connections with landowners, local communities and young people in England, Scotland, and Wales where pine martens are re-colonising their former range. We are recruiting for two part-time posts (18.5 hours per week) for a fixed term of two years starting in March 2026 — one will be in the north (Scottish/English borders) and one will be in the south (Welsh/English borders).
