We’re looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join our small, dedicated team. The Finance Manager is responsible for the effective financial management of Beyond the Horizon Charity. The role requires close attention to detail, strong analytical ability and a proactive approach to maintaining accurate, timely, and compliant financial information. As a small but dynamic organisation with multiple income streams, including grants, donations, commissioned work and fundraising, the postholder must have previous experience of managing and reporting across varied funding sources. This role supports both operational efficiency and strategic decision‑making by providing the CEO and Trustees with robust financial information, clear analysis, and well‑founded advice.
