Senior Physiotherapist (FWC/Gym)
Hertford FWC | Physiotherapy | Permanent contract | Part time
Up to £45,500 pro rata depending on experience
15 hours per week
As a Senior Physiotherapist at our gym, you will work with a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, from sports to workplace related injuries. You will have a BSc in Physiotherapy or equivalent and be registered with the Health and Care Professions Council. You possess excellent clinical reasoning, rehabilitation skills and are committed to professional development. You are a confident communicator and can engage effectively with patients and colleagues.
Responsibilities
* Work with a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, from sports to workplace related injuries.
* Deliver excellent clinical care that is evidence based, safe, effective, caring, well‑led and responsive to patients’ needs.
* Ensure on-going monitoring of the standard of treatment provided.
* Be compliant with all professional, clinical and integrated governance standards and participate in clinical audit and other quality assurance processes.
Qualifications
* BSc in Physiotherapy or equivalent and registration with the Health and Care Professions Council.
* Evidence of further professional training and continual professional development, reflecting a desire to develop as a practitioner.
* Confident communicator with ability to engage effectively with the general public and other healthcare professionals.
* Excellent rehabilitation skills.
* Competent and confident IT user with strong organisation skills.
* Ability to prioritise and manage a varied workload effectively and in a timely manner.
