In this role, you will play a vital part in the preparation and serving of high-quality meals, ensuring that our kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities
* Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and standards
* Assist with meal preparation, ensuring all ingredients are fresh and properly stored
* Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment, adhering to food safety regulations
* Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy periods
* Serve meals to customers with attention to detail and presentation
* Participate in regular kitchen cleaning duties, including equipment maintenance at the end of each shift
Qualifications
* Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment is highly desirable although not a requirement
* Familiarity with food safety standards and best practices is desirable although not required
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a busy setting
* A passion for catering and providing exceptional service to customers
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
