Traffic Clerk
Location: Deeside
Pay: £13.42 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 11:00am – 8.00pm
Contract: Temp to Perm
Role Overview
We are recruiting staff to join a busy international courier operation in Deeside. This is a fast‑paced role supporting transport and warehouse teams, ensuring consignments move efficiently and customer expectations are met.
Key Duties
Monitor consignments and update tracking systems
Liaise with drivers, depots and customer service teams
Process manifests, labels and customs paperwork
Allocate jobs and support route planning
Maintain accurate records and reports
Escalate and resolve delays or exceptions
Support site compliance and health & safety
Candidate Profile
At least 1 year’s experience in transport, logistics or courier operations
Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
Confident IT user
Calm under pressure with good attention to detail
Reliable, flexible and a strong team player
