Key Responsibilities
* Develop architectural and urban planning projects, from concept to execution.
* Prepare floor plans, models, sketches, and 3D renderings.
* Supervise construction projects, ensuring compliance with deadlines, technical standards, and quality requirements.
* Coordinate technical teams and suppliers during project execution.
* Conduct feasibility studies, urban impact analysis, and space planning.
* Prepare reports, presentations, and technical documentation for clients and regulatory agencies.
* Ensure compliance with legal, environmental, and safety regulations.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Architecture and Urban Planning.
* Previous experience in project development and construction supervision.
* Proficiency in architecture and design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3D Studio, Photoshop, among others).
* Creativity, organization, and teamwork skills.
* Strong communication and negotiation abilities with clients and suppliers.
