The Best Connection Group Ltd are recruiting for a reliable and motivated Production Operative to join the team our client in Rochdale.
This hands-on role is ideal for someone with experience in factory environments who enjoys practical work and takes pride in producing quality results.
Main Duties:
* Production tasks
* Safe use of hand and power tools
* Carrying out manual handling of products and materials
* Assisting with general production, assembly, and labouring tasks
* Inspecting finished parts to ensure quality standards are met
* Maintaining a clean, tidy, and safe workspace
* Following all Health & Safety and quality control procedures
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred
* Confident and competent using hand tools, power tools.
* Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling tasks
* Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
* Reliable, punctual, and proactive attitude
* Able to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Hours of Work:
* Mon - Friday : 8:00am - 4:30pm
* Overtime: Paid at time and a half after 40 hours
Pay Rates:
* Dependant on experience
