The role of Ecommerce Manager is to drive commercial performance and growth (sales volume, conversion rate, attachment rate and revenue) across 16+ European subsidiaries (27+ markets), specifically through expansive sell out capability strategies and execution plans.
This will include driving brilliant execution across the European subsidiaries for all MX products (Smartphones, tablets, PC, wearables, & accessories), digital sales channels (App, mobile web, desktop), and customer purchase platforms (B2C, EPP, SMB).
We are looking for an experienced digital expert with exceptional Ecommerce skills to help drive performance improvements, working with the European subsidiaries to provide support, guidance and leadership of key projects and programmes.
Role and Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities
1. Drive sales performance on S.com, continually looking for opportunities to improve the CX, execution of ecommerce levers across performance, products, and services
2. Oversight of Sell Out platform performance and plans to optimise across the region. Focusing efforts across the region to drive digital adoption and sales growth
3. Working with the relevant teams, subsidiaries and HQ in Korea to plan and implement brilliantly
4. Forensically understand performance and optimise based on data and insight. Improving reporting and metrics to better understand our customers and their purchasing behaviours
5. Act on these insights to drive performance improvements on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
6. Optimise launch of pan-European ecommerce sales capabilities, tools and growth initiatives. Supporting platform development teams on key ecommerce capabilities and change
7. Identify “Never Been Done Before” activities to drive Online conversion and sales growth
8. Plan and oversee execution of product and offer launches in Online, with a particular focus on Sell Out capability innovation
9. Drive standard process sharing and application across subsidiaries
What we need for this role
10. Extensive experience in Ecommerce / Online / Digital, with demonstrable experience of driving ecommerce performance across a broad variety of simultaneous levers e.g. Product capability delivery, merchandising, propositions, performance marketing, chat/messaging, A/B testing
11. A thirst for learning – curious and innovative with a can do attitude
12. Numerate and analytical with the ability to accurately and quickly interpret data – imperative to be customer and insight led
13. Ability to build strong, productive relationships in a matrix, multinational environment with excellent influence, communication and presentation skills
14. Tenacity, resilience with an unquenchable thirst to achieve and drive progress and growth.

16. Building strong relationships with Ecommerce/Online partners and teams across the European subsidiaries and central teams
17. Strong year on year growth across target metrics
18. Execution of key capabilities and initiatives either driven by the role holder and those defined under annual / multi-year growth plan
