Join Our Team as a Female Support Worker at a Bank
Location: Bicester, Oxfordshire
Salary: £12.67 per hour
Hours: 7.00am – 2:30pm, 2.30pm – 10.00pm, 10pm – 7:00am
Contract: Zero Hours, Bank

Essential Criteria
To be considered, you should demonstrate experience in at least two of the following areas:
* Acquired Brain Injury
* Stroke and other Physical Disabilities
* Positive Behaviour Support

We seek individuals who can stay calm under pressure, are enthusiastic, proactive, and capable of managing challenging behaviours. Experience in support work with the above criteria is preferred.
What Will You Be Doing?
As a Female Support Worker, you will be a vital part of someone’s journey towards independence. Your responsibilities include:
* Daily Care & Support: Assisting with personal care, meals, medication, and daily tasks.
* Building Relationships: Understanding and supporting individual needs.
* Empowering Independence: Supporting personal goals and encouraging exploration.
* Social Engagement: Facilitating participation in social activities, hobbies, and events.
* Respect & Dignity: Ensuring respectful and dignified treatment of individuals and their families.
Who Will You Be Supporting?
The team supports up to five individuals with various health conditions, including acquired brain injury, stroke, and physical disabilities. Support involves personal care, cooking, cleaning, and enabling them to live as independently as possible. Some individuals may display behaviours of concern; training and a supportive team environment will help you provide confident, effective support.
